It's Halloween Week!

Admittedly so, I was far more excited about Halloween when I was a kid. Defying the parents and eating candy while I was supposed to be sleeping so much more fun than catching my own kids now doing the same thing. LOL!
Sunday morning, we made our way over to the Pierce Pumpkin Patch and met with family and friends to enjoy the Fall Festivities. Really? What kind of a festivity would it be without your close family and friends there to enjoy it with. We ate some BBQ and corn, drowned it fresh lemonade and swam in Kettle corn. The overcast and threatening clouds overhead didn't stop us from having fun!

I love this photo of our family. Too bad, Brandon was closing eyes - Boo! But getting 5 people, 3 being kids to sit still and facing the same direction was success enough, LOL!

Matthew leaned in for his kiss from lil' Miss B and it was just too sweet and innocent. B's face is priceless here... Cynthia and I were joking that we would use these photos in their wedding video montage one day - but who knows, by then video montage's may be tacky - or are they now? what!
My sister Karen, Cynthia, Emilio, and the hubs were literally dragging their feet all day as they worked 18 hours straight the night before at a wedding in Palos Verdes estates. Kudos for them for showing up!

We spent a good 3 hours there, riding rides and eating great food with great company. Then we headed back home, but had to make two stops for some take out Thai food and Boba, yummy!
J was exhausted so he stayed home while I ran to Tokyo Life to pick up some Bento accessories for the kids lunches and made a quick stop at the house. Everything is coming along nicely and the house is beginning to look like our home again. At the end of my visit, I resisted the temptation to stay, LOL!
Well, it's Halloween week... and I hope you and your family are having a great time in anticipation for this very fun day =D
