Beside the 115+ degree weather we've been having, the pressure has really gotten the best of us. BUT, before it did we had a very busy weekend.
I called up the girls last Friday for an impromptu girls night and headed out for the evening for some pho and a late showing of Eat, Pray, Love.

It's really sad that I live so far away from these awesome girl, especially since I miss them so often. The night was great though, it was filled with TONS of laughs, great conversations, stories and memories to share for later days, and great food... ALWAYS great food, ha!
Saturday, I spent most of the day helping J out with an event about an hour and a half way. I'm pretty much his "errand girl." It's a lot of work though and I give credit where credit is due. My man works pretty damn hard... believe!
Sunday, to give the hubby a break and some time to relax. I herded all the boys over to Disneyland again, but this time with my mom and baby sister.
My sister hasn't been here before (I know it's horrible, especially since we live in California!), so we spent most of the day riding every single ride we could. The lines weren't as bad as we had anticipated. I suppose all the kids have gone back to school and parents are pretty much tied down to their home lives and work now. GREAT OPPORTUNITY for us, since we breezed through most of the lines =D
Monday, is chaotic as usual. We didn't get home till late the night before so we were all walking zombies. It was also my first day of classes, and like a nerd I was overly excited haha! I have to say though, that I'm a lot more prepared this time around, but my later class is what's going to kill me. I guess I just have to get used to it, but I'm not worried - so that must be a good sign. Right?
It's been scorching hot out here in SCV and instead of running the kids all over the place to get to their extracurricular activities, I chose to just take it easy and enjoy the nice air conditioning at home. Seriously, lugging three boys in and out of the car in 115+ degree weather is NO FUN. I don't care how great of a mom you are, it's just not fun. It's doable no doubt though... if you're a glutton for punishment.
